About
Molly D’Arcy (b. 1997) is an American artist currently working between Massachusetts and New York. She began making short films as a child, an interest that blossomed into a passion for darkroom photography. Her work centers around themes of journeying and has been described as extraterrestrial, something just ever on the edge of the unknown.
Spirituality has been a part of her life since childhood and continues to play a central role in her photographic practice. Over the past year, Molly has worked with Aperture and TBW Books, and she recently received the Renee Gifroy Artist Under 30 award for photography.
