About

Molly D’Arcy (b. 1997) is an American artist currently working between Massachusetts and New York. She began making short films as a child, an interest that blossomed into a passion for darkroom photography. Her work centers around themes of journeying and has been described as extraterrestrial, something just ever on the edge of the unknown.

Spirituality has been a part of her life since childhood and continues to play a central role in her photographic practice. Over the past year, Molly has worked with Aperture and TBW Books, and she is currently making work as a recipient of the PhotoWork Fellowship created by Sasha Wolf.
